I’m so excited to share this St. Louis Mo fine art wedding inspiration with you today! When I saw tickets posted for The Content Carousel, I just knew I wanted to go! I just couldn’t wait to work with all the incredible vendors that made the shoot possible! There’s something so special about styled sessions. It’s like it’s a chance to capture some truly high-end images, collaborate with an incredible vendor team, and just really stretch my creativity.

The session was in St. Louis, which is a bit of a drive for me, but it was beyond worth it! I loved getting to see Emily’s new studio, and it was such an incredible space for the event. It was so great to go to a styled session and get to be the only photographer working in an area at one time! This is SUPER rare, unless you’re the one planning and executing the shoot! These images are just the details and one of the models, more images will be posted next week!! 

One of my absolute favorite things about attending styled sessions is that they are purely for creativity’s sake. You always want to capture good images for your vendor friends, but it’s also about getting to try things you might not have time for on a traditional wedding day. And with practice at a styled session you can be like, “Oh my gosh, this image turned out AMAZING, and I can’t wait to incorporate it into a real wedding,” or “Oh dang, we will not be wasting time with that on a wedding day!”

To Emily, Trent, and all the vendors, thank you so much for hosting this incredible event. Your commitment to community over competition is so inspiring, and it was great getting to see you guys again/meet some new people! I can’t wait to see all the things you’ll continue to create and host in the future!
