The day was warm, and a soft breeze blew over the water. It was their wedding day, and they were excited to start this journey together. She walked down the aisle, escorted by her father, and her future husband couldn’t take his eyes off of her. The ceremony was filled with so much love, laughter and promises of a beautiful life together. It was simply wonderful.
Due to COVID-19, Sarah and Blayne had to do some adjusting. They chose to have an intimate wedding on their original wedding date, and they postponed their large celebration until July. Their family and close friends came to celebrate with them. They had a small ceremony at the Higginsville City Lake, and a reception at Blayne’s parent’s house afterwards.
I’ve known Blayne for years and years. His mom, Jami, and Mom are best friends. His dad works for Alumbaugh, Inc. And when I was in college, the Homfeld family moved in next door to Mom and Dad. He has always been goofy and quick to smile or make a joke, and it’s so great to see him with someone as wonderful as Sarah. I know Sarah because of Blayne, and when I worked at Landgon & Emison for a year we became quite close while working together. Sarah is an amazing friend and a wonderful person, and I was so honored to photograph their wedding. These two are made for each other, and their life together is going to be amazing.
Congratulations you guys! This day was so fun, and your wedding in July is going to be a blast too!! Enjoy the photos! 🙂
