When I first started this whole process, I was completely unaware of everything that it would lead to over the next few months. It began when I bought a business bundle over the summer full of so many great business tools. And I was listening to Davey & Krista‘s podcast Brands that Book at the time, and it happened to be an episode with Jess Jordana. I was so motivated by everything she was talking about and looked up her promptlates. The term was familiar, when lo and behold: The Home Page Promptlate was in the bundle!!! It was kismet.
So I dug in. But I got stuck defining who I was trying to talk to and really get it all down. That led to taking Abby Grace’s Branding Foundations course, and from there it all just snowballed. You see, I hadn’t ever taken the time to really ask the hard questions and get my answers down on paper. I’d thought about my ideal client plenty of times. Or that my values and strengths were obvious. But truly taking the time to really work through things and dig deep was amazing.
Defining my brand, doing all the research and finding our all the things led me to a desire for a logo that fit the brand that was coming to life, and a whole new website too. Enter again, Davey & Krista plus the Palm Shop. And the Inquiry Course to get that SEO down.
