I met up with Mason and Kailey Saturday evening for a gorgeous couples session at Loose Park and in the West Bottoms. Mason and Kailey are going to be sophomores at Mizzou, and are moving into an apartment together. Kailey really wanted some professional photos of the two of them to decorate their home with, and I was so happy they thought of me.
The weather was amazing, their outfits were perfect, and I love how adorable they are. I couldn’t stop gushing the entire time about how cute they both are and how much I loved their session. Seriously, I could not stop raving about how great they both were!!!
When we were in the West Bottoms, there was a lot of driving around to find things that we visual interesting, and to avoid the 10 other photographers and their clients roaming the area. It’s such a great place to have a session. There were also a couple times I had Mason quite worried as I backed up to get wider shots and ended up standing in the street for a couple seconds. *No one was injured during the taking of these photographs.
After we finished their couples session, they took me out to eat at Chuy’s, and I had some of the best fish tacos EVER. Kailey and I both have a love of Mexican food, and some Tex-Mex just seemed like a natural choice.
You may recognize Mason from his senior session that you can view here. Also – how great is his beard?
