Things we love: our favorite shows to stream

At our house, we don’t have cable or any satellite providers. We pretty much stream everything. Between Netflix, Amazon Prime and PlayStation Vue we are set (in my opinion). Netflix and Vue are the only monthly subscriptions and they are more cost effective for us. I feel like people are often asking each other for new show recommendations, so I wanted to share some of our favorites!

My favorites

Gilmore Girls and Gilmore Girls: A year in the life

I have watched this show forever, and often rewatch it on Netflix. One of my friends and I will send each other quotes or SnapChats anytime we are watching. I loved that they did A Year in the Life, and I am dying for another season!

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

My aunt recommended this show, and I loved it!! I thought she was so funny. It’s definitely worth a watch if you’re looking for some laughs.

Justin’s favorites

Bosch

Justin has read all of the Bosch books, and loves the show on Amazon!

Narcos

He recently started watching Narcos on Netflix after a friend recommended it to us. I tried to watch with him, but I tend to attempt multitasking and I miss a lot of the conversations in Spanish because I’m not reading the subtitles.

Our shows

We really like to find shows that we enjoy watching together. So while I might not pay attention to Narcos, and Justin may not be a fan of Gilmore Girls, we love shows like The Blacklist, Longmire and Quantico. We also really enjoy Stranger Things and are super excited for the Jack Ryan series on Netflix in August.

What shows do you love to watch?!
