Sunday was a special day for our family. Squirt was baptized in front of everyone in our congregation at Salem, and it was adorable.
Pastor Tommy looked down at Squirt after opening the baptismal stand and asked Squirt if he know what they were about to do. He looked up and in the cutest little voice said, “You’re going to put that water on my head.”
It was a great service, and his great-grandma, Marty, lead the congregation in a prayer after the baptism.
Afterwards, there was a lunch and Squirt opened his gifts. There were several birthdays on Sunday, and he was so amazed that those gifts were for him and not for any of the birthday boys (four birthday boys to be exact at his lunch celebration.)
