This modern black and white wedding inspiration at The Abbott in January was a blast! Styled & Curated always host great events and it was so nice to get to work in a venue. I have not yet photographed. And it was perfect with an incredible view of the Kansas City skyline.

It was pretty misty outside that day and a little bit chilly so it was hard to get outside for photos for very long. We were able to take one couple outside and get some with the steam coming off of the road – which was really fun! I love all of the attention to detail that Keisha and Haley put into events like this to really try and make sure that we are getting to photograph some incredible details. 

My favorite photos have to be the ones either in the side room with the white brick wall in the background or the ones when we are outside. I love the simplicity of the white wall, and I am always in favor of outdoor photos! It was a great time working with some awesome vendors and getting to really just get creative during the slow season.
