Our KC Maternity Photos at the WWI Monument

I’m so excited to share our KC maternity photos at the WWI Monument taken by Ericka Deanna Photography with you today! It is always so strange to be on that side of the camera, but I love working with other KC photographers to create some great images. (I may be biased, but I LOVE THEM!)

We met up with Ericka on a windy, Sunday evening and asked my Mom to come along to help with Wynn. It was a great idea so that we could get some photos of Justin and I while Wynn hung out with Mom. I highly recommend having another family member around if we are going to be in a busy area so assist with the littles whenever possible. It can make the whole experience so much smoother!

Wynn had more fun running around to do photos than anything else, and he really enjoyed just giving Ericka a blank stare. He does this with pretty much everyone he doesn’t see on a weekly basis. (I should post his school photos.) Ericka worked some miracles and she had him smiling and laughing in so many photos. I love both his blank stare and his little giggle photos. 

To Ericka, thank you so much for capturing these precious memories for us! You are so sweet, and it was great getting to know you better. I really hope we can get our boys together for a playdate soon!
