Hiring hair and makeup artists

It’s your wedding day, and you’re filled with nervous excitement. You’ve been planning, organizing and going over all the details. Now it’s time for you to relax, enjoy some time with your favorite people and get ready for your big day. This is where having professionals do your hair and makeup comes into play.

There’s just something so fun about being pampered, especially when that pampering makes you feel like a million bucks. Confidence is so important when taking photos. So, I want to tell you why I recommend hiring someone for hair and makeup.

1. One less worry

You should be able to enjoy getting ready on your wedding day and not feel stressed about hair and makeup. I know for me, getting to sit back and let someone else take care of it all was a huge load off my shoulders. It was fun to pamper my girls and get to all enjoy each other’s company while we got ready. 🙂

2. Looking flawless in wedding photos

Who wouldn’t want this!? Professional hair and makeup can make a huge difference in your wedding photos. You will look polished and put together (which helps the photos look incredible) as well as have all kinds of confidence because you know you look INCREDIBLE, and that’s the kicker. The confidence you have on your big day will shine through in photos, and that always makes them look better.

3. Have a trial run

This is important so that you and your makeup and hair stylists are on the same page when your wedding day arrives. A great time to have your trial run is before you go to one of your dress fittings. This is a great way to see what you’ll like on your wedding day and decide if you’d like to make any changes. 🙂

4. Why only have flawless wedding photos? Use them for your engagement session too!

This is a great time to really iron out what you want your makeup look to be, as well as get pampered and make a whole day out of your engagement session!
