How many times have you wanted to share or show photos to someone, but have to look through emails, texts of your photo albums? Well, the custom app solves that problem, making photos easily available right on the home screen!
I am so excited to announce that Rocky Branch Photography is now offering custom apps for clients! The app will have a photo from your session as the icon right on your home screen. It can be shared with family and friends, and they can save the app to their home screen as well. Once I’ve sent you a link for the app, you can send it to as many people as you want at no charge.

How it works:
- After the I have edited photos from the session and created an online gallery, I will use some of those photos to create your custom app.
- I will send a link either through email or a text message.
- Open the link in Safari (for iPhone users) and this should appear.
- If that doesn’t happen, click the “share” button. An option should appear to “Add to Home Screen.” For Android users, open the app in Chrome and click on the three lines in the upper right corner. Then select the “Add to Home Screen” option.
- The custom app should be saved right to your home screen, allowing for quick, easy access to your photos.
- You can also share photos straight from the app!
The album should look like this as you scroll down, after the initial featured image.
The app also has all of my contact information, if anyone would like to get a hold of me for a session or to order any prints. Currently, the apps are being offered as part of the session fee. As a Missouri photographer offering a variety of services, I am trying to provide my clients with something they may not be able to get everywhere.
