Cottrill {Family} – Missouri Family Photographer

I had such an incredible time with this family on Monday. It was a session full of laughter and plenty of George Straight. The older brother was very into helping. I let him sit with me to take a few pictures of his family since he was being such a good sport. The youngest Cottrill was more interested in crawling every where but towards my camera. The love this family shares is amazing.

We did a traditional family session with some posed photos, but with little ones, I find the photos are better when they aren’t forced to look at the camera. The brothers had more fun engaging with each other than if I would try to get their attention.

We also did a lifestyle session to get some photos of just the day-to-day. Those moments are a favorite of mine, because they are real and they will match the memories the boys have while growing up of cooking dinner together and bath time with Mom and Dad. As a Missouri Family Photographer, I absolutely want to make sure my clients are getting what they want.

I loved getting to hang out with this family, and had so much fun. The older Cottrill is an amazing big brother and loves giving his little brother kisses and making him laugh. The youngest is a major momma’s boy, but thinks his older brother and his dad are hilarious and will laugh if they just talk to him. I will love getting to see these boys grow and learn.
