Baby Kleinmeyer {in-home newborn} – Concordia, Missouri Photographer

Babies are so great, you guys. I love getting to meet new families (or in this case, reconnect with a college friend) and capture these precious moments when they get to bring their baby home and bask in the joy of their growing family. I first met Kelsie in 2008 at the University of Missouri, where we were in Kappa Alpha Theta together. Facebook has a way of letting you stay in touch with people you may not see often, but are always happy for, and for that I am thankful. It gave me to opportunity to work with Kelsie, Aaron and their precious baby.

Their little guy loved to stick his tongue out. And, he was like a little Houdini – escaping the wraps and throwing his hands up. Kelsie said he loved his hands, and he kept folding them together like he was praying.

You can learn more about her over on her incredible blog, Currently, Kelsie.  She writes about faith, family, motherhood, home decor, marriage and travel – giving advice and personal updates. Kelsie is a sweetheart, and I loved meeting her family.
