Sarah and Alan are getting married on their fifth anniversary this spring, May 17, in Saline County. We went out on a brisk January Saturday to celebrate their love.
Sarah and Alan were chosen as The Marshall Democrat News’ couple to be honored in the bridal magazine that is published in February. I spend the day with them visiting different vendors to get images for the magazine, and then afterwards we did a brief session.
As a Missouri engagement photographer, I am used to the ever-changing Missouri weather. These two toughed out the bitter winds better than I could have hoped.
The couple became engaged in December, and left themselves around five months to plan their wedding. They want a small ceremony, and extras like engagement photos weren’t a top priority, but I was happy we were able to squeeze them in.
