5 must-have wedding photos for your album | Kansas City wedding photographer

One of my favorite ways to end an experience with my clients is to design a wedding album for them! They are included in all my packages, and I wanted to share 5 must-have wedding photos for your album! Below, I’m sharing just what those photos are and why you should want them in your album.

Your detail photos

This is a great way to start your album and really highlight your carefully chosen details. It’s my favorite way to open an album and really just set the tone for the whole album!

Bride + Groom Portraits

Obviously!! I love including MULTIPLE pages of bride and groom photos to really highlight your love story. Albums are such a great way to really get a ton of your images printed and in one place so you can relive your day.

Family photos

This is a great place to highlight so many of your family formal photos. We often do quite a few groupings, and not everyone uses all of these as individual prints in their home. Having a spread of family photos is a wonderful way to make sure you get all those faces in one place.

The story of the day

This one might sound confusing, but I love to design albums along with the flow of the day. When you look back at it over time, it reminds you of how things happened that day, much like reading a book. Think getting ready photos, your ceremony, and all those fun moments in your day!

Dances and celebrations

I love to have a spread highlighting your first dances and all the celebrations that happen during the reception. This is the part of your day you get to interact with most of your guests, and I want to make sure that part of your day is included in your album.
