Stephanie + Chris | Maternity session at Burr Oaks

“I’m 36 weeks today,” Stephanie said while we stood surrounded by pine trees. “We’re nervous, but excited.” This is their first baby, and while Chris said they have narrowed down names, they’re still undecided. They said they are still getting ready for their little bundle of joy. Their baby boy will arrive sometime in February, and I am so excited for them.

I cannot rave enough about their outfits! Her dress was white, and flowed down to the ground, perfectly showing off her baby bump. Stephanie also had a purple dress that just popped and looked incredible. His jacket was classic, and his dress shoes had a perfect shine. I loved having their maternity session at Burr Oaks in Blue Springs, and it was absolutely breathtaking. They brought their Yorkie, Tucker, and he was so sweet! He looked like a little teddy bear and was just precious.

Stephanie and Chris, thank you so much for choosing me to photograph this journey! I had a great time with your little family on Saturday, and I can’t wait for your little one to arrive. I love how photography brings new people into my life! You two are incredible, and I think you’ll be amazing parents. Thank you for making the drive to Burr Oaks so we could use that location! And last, but certainly not least, Chris thank you for your service in the Air Force! I hope you guys love your photos from your maternity session at Burr Oaks, and I will see you soon!! 🙂
