Cody + Rachel | Lion’s Lake Park engagement session

A winter breeze come across the lake and blows her hair back. He nuzzles in close as smiles light up their faces. Despite the chill in the air, they seem to be absolutely glowing. Young and in love, they are excited to be spending the rest of their lives together.

It was a bit surreal during Cody and Rachel’s session because it felt like we were in two seasons at once. There was still some snow on the ground from earlier in the week, and there were still some gorgeous leaves on the trees. I suppose we had the best of both worlds. Unfortunately, it was also a touch windy and that breeze was chilly! Rachel and Cody toughed it out though, and I think it was so worth it because I love their photos!

Rachel and Cody, you guys were so great on Saturday, and I am so honored to tell your story! Thank you for braving the cold on Saturday to capture some engagement photos in that golden hour glow. We are so excited for your January 2020 wedding, and can’t wait to see how it all comes together! 🙂 I hope you love your Lion’s Lake Park engagement session photos!!
